Background:
He was born in the Aiel Waste of a clan leader and a wise one. His father was killed during an attack over a water hole. His mother died several years later under mysterious circumstances. Originally he wanted to be Sovin Nai but realized he wasn't lithe enough to be. Aros is a believer that Rand Al'thor is truly the Car'a'carn and tries to do whatever is necessary to help. He was made gai'shain a year ago during the siege at Cairhien by the Shaido. He is now alone searching for fellow Aiel.
